NICOSIA - President Demetris Christofias signed today (Thursday) the book of condolences for the death of the former President of Israel, Ephraim Katzir, which opened at the Israeli embassy in Nicosia.
Foreign Minister Marcos Kyprianou also signed the book, expressing his condolences to the Israeli people.
Ephraim Katzir was the fourth President of Israel during the period 1973-1978. He died at the age of 93.
